The Swiss Minister presents his compliments to His Excellency the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs (Foreign Trade Department) and has the honour to remit to NIV enclosed an Affidavit of the Swiss firm of R. Pfister and Company, of Zurich, stating that they have Branch Establishments at Shanghai and Yokohama ani that they are of Swiss nationaltity, as well as that
